signfloow shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or impossibility of using the platform, including data loss, loss of profits or indirect damages, except where the law imperatively imposes such liability.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the access or use of the platform, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Spanish Courts that are competent under applicable law.

signfloow reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such modifications implies acceptance of them.
