Can I change my plan later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days on the Starter plan to explore the platform with real data and decide at your own pace.

What if I exceed my user limit?

You can add extra users at €19/mo each or upgrade to a higher plan. We won't interrupt your service — we'll notify you before charging anything extra.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annually. The annual plan includes 2 months free (pay 10, get 12). Billing is automatic via Stripe and you receive an invoice by email each cycle.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, no lock-in. Cancel anytime from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices shown on this page exclude VAT. Applicable VAT will be added on the final invoice according to current regulations.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data at any time. We retain your information for 90 days in case you come back. After that, we securely delete it.

Does SignFloow work on mobile?

Yes, the platform is fully responsive. Field installers can work from their phone on-site: check jobs, log issues or sign work orders digitally.
